Is this just training with a nicer name?
No, and we double-checked. Training hands you content and wishes you luck. This is a working group of peers solving live problems in your function, curated so the hard issues surface, plus expert-led workshops and private coaching. The output is decisions and changes, not certificates.
Can I bring my own problem?
That is the point. Bring the stalled project or the metric that will not move. We frame it, peers who have solved it weigh in, and you leave with an owner and a next step that the group follows up on.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. The problem, the company, and the numbers stay in the room, and every member agrees to that before their first session. We will also sign a mutual NDA on your paper if your legal team wants one.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, floors go down. Everything is recorded and the working materials are in the library. The huddle is where the value compounds, so protect that one on your calendar like it is a customer visit.
Can one person cover two functions?
In smaller shops, often yes. Each track is a separate seat because each room is a separate conversation. Ask us about multi-track pricing.
