This community only works if people can put the real problem on the table. That requires a hard rule about confidentiality, not a vague promise. Here is ours, in plain language.
Every member, facilitator, coach, and invited expert agrees to these terms before they take part. Companies that need a countersigned mutual NDA on their own paper can request one and we will sign it.
What is shared in the room stays in the room
Anything a member discloses in a huddle, workshop, or coaching session, including the problem itself, the company it belongs to, and the numbers behind it, is confidential. Members may take away the lesson. They may not take away the company name or the details.
Gulf Works Lab treats your company information as confidential
Our facilitators, coaches, and staff hold everything you share, in sessions or in writing, in confidence. We do not disclose it to other members, to vendors, or to anyone outside Gulf Works Lab without your written permission.
Every member agrees to the same terms
Confidentiality is a condition of Alliance participation. Every member accepts this commitment before joining a session, so the obligation runs both ways across the whole room.
No selling, no recruiting, no sharing member lists
Members and guests may not use what they learn here to solicit business from, or recruit staff from, another member's company. We do not sell or share the member roster.
Recordings and materials are for members only
Session recordings, templates, and working documents are provided for the member's own use inside their company. They are not to be redistributed, published, or resold.
Sponsors and vendors get no access to your problems
Sponsors never receive attendee problem details, session notes, or contact information. If a sponsor appears in a session, they participate as a subject-matter contributor under the same confidentiality terms.
The narrow exceptions
We will disclose information only where the law requires it, or where there is a credible risk of serious harm. We will tell you if that ever happens, unless we are legally barred from doing so.
It survives your Alliance participation
These obligations continue after Alliance participation ends, for both the member and Gulf Works Lab.
